Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing questions, issues, and concerns related to Netflix services.
Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
Process refunds, cancellations, and other requests as needed.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Netflix products, services, and features to provide expert guidance.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer support processes.
Document and track customer interactions, following up as necessary.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Strong communication skills, especially in written format, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote environment.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
Comfortable using customer service software and tools.
A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
