Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with account management, such as billing, subscriptions, and password recovery.

Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient with basic computer applications and can quickly learn new tools.
