Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Netflix, you will assist customers with various issues related to their accounts, streaming devices, and billing. You will provide solutions in a timely manner through phone, email, and chat. Netflix provides thorough training to ensure you are equipped to handle any customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
Resolve customer issues related to streaming, billing, and technical problems.
Guide customers through Netflix's features and help with account management.
Record interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
Maintain high-quality standards and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Jersey City, NJ.
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
A stable internet connection and quiet home office environment are required.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage range: $20–$28 per hour.
