Job Summary
In this role, you will act as the primary support contact for Netflix subscribers, handling a wide range of customer inquiries. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless experience for users by helping with streaming issues, billing concerns, and account setup—all through remote channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from Netflix customers.
Assist with troubleshooting technical streaming problems.
Guide users through billing questions, password resets, and content access.
Provide clear, friendly, and efficient customer support.
Document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Corpus Christi, TX and be eligible to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Basic proficiency with technology and digital tools.
