NetCredit Application Support Representative (Remote)

About the role:
Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role of an Application Support Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process and effectively convert these prospects into sales.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage incoming calls, adeptly assisting customers in navigating the loan application process
Guarantee customer contentment by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services
Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan applications
Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
Requirements:
Experience in a call center setting is preferred
Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices
Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types
Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
Compensation:
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
