.NET/C# - Backend development

Important Information Location: Brazil Job Mode: Full-time Work Mode: Work from home Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Engineer (.NET/C# and Backend) who brings perspective from working across multiple SaaS companies and engineering environments. They should be able to recognize better patterns when they see them, contribute architectural thinking where it adds value, and help our FTE engineers grow through the quality of their work and collaboration. The ideal candidate executes well and elevates the people around them in the process. Responsibilities and Duties Contribute to the design and implementation of enterprise SSO integrations using OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC; Support the IDaaS migration from legacy authentication to a modern identity provider, including phased rollout and coexistence period management; Implement token flow, session management, and identity federation patterns in a multi-tenant SaaS context; Build and improve tenant provisioning workflows including onboarding automation, idempotency, failure handling, and partial state recovery; Contribute to multi-tenant data isolation models and tenant lifecycle management; Implement and refine RBAC models and data access governance patterns across platform services; Contribute to authorization frameworks that enforce data-level security in a multi-tenant environment. Essential Skills Software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments; Strong proficiency in .NET / C# for backend development; Hands-on experience implementing OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC in production SaaS environments, including enterprise SSO integrations and identity migrations; Proven experience designing or evolving multi-tenant SaaS architectures, including tenant isolation patterns and data access controls at the platform layer; Experience with RBAC, authorization frameworks, and data governance in compliance-sensitive environments; AWS experience, particularly with services relevant to platform-level operations; Demonstrated ability to contribute technical improvements, share patterns, and elevate the engineering quality of the teams they work alongside. Highly Desirable Skills Python experience, particularly for backend services and operational tooling; Familiarity with embedded analytics platforms such as Sisense or equivalent BI tooling; Experience with SOC2 compliance requirements and contributing to audit readiness; Experience with data processing pipeline development and data store management.
