.NET Developer With GIS
Build and maintain backend services and applications using modern .NET technologies.
Responsibilities
• Develop backend services and applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Build web applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, or ASP.NET Core.
• Design and implement APIs and integrations, focusing on RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Develop and execute tests using XUnit or NUnit.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in .NET Core and C# for backend development.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, specifically utilizing Postgres GIS capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks like XUnit or NUnit.
• Familiarity with ORMs such as Entity Framework or Dapper GIS.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Queue, Storage, and Key Vault.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end tasks.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio (VS2022) or VS Code and Azure DevOps/Git.
