About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic team at Ethereum Technologies LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and decentralized application (DApp) architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the future of decentralized technologies.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in blockchain development, including hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, and smart contract programming, is essential.

Familiarity with decentralized application frameworks such as Web3.js, Truffle, or Hardhat is required. Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security best practices is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also critical.

Prior experience with distributed systems, peer-to-peer networks, and familiarity with other blockchain platforms like Binance Smart Chain or Polkadot is a plus.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications on Ethereum and other blockchain platforms. Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the security and efficiency of blockchain applications. Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and incorporate best practices into project workflows. Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations throughout the development lifecycle. Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support ongoing maintenance.
