NET Backend Developer

Backend Engineer (.NET / AWS)

HealtheTile is looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and maintain scalable cloud‑connected healthcare and wearable technology platforms.

We are seeking someone with strong backend fundamentals, an ownership mindset, and an interest in learning and growing within a fast‑moving engineering environment.

Requirements
• ~3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment workflows
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services
• Understanding of databases, authentication, logging, and production debugging
• Comfortable working with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have
• Experience with Docker, ECS, Lambda, or microservices
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity
• Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure
• Startup or product engineering experience
