We are looking for several dynamic tutors to teach predominately MATH and ELA, Monday-Friday at Springfield, OH public middle schools during school hours.
POSITION DETAILS:
Part-Time: 20-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, hours vary
Duration: October/November 2023 to May 2024
Location: Springfield Area Public Schools
Middle School-aged students, Math & ELA
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required
Prior teaching experience preferred
Valid teaching certificate preferred
COMPENSATION:
With Bachelors Degree: From $20.00 per hour
With valid Teaching Certification: From $25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize Huntington Learning Center's instructional procedures and curriculum
Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs
Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from the classroom
Maintain student records of attendance and progress
Administer computerized baseline tests at established intervals
