Need BI Admin / Business Intelligence Admin - Remote
Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer / BI Analyst Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst with strong experience in enterprise BI tools including Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy, and SAP Business Objects. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense), MicroStrategy, and SAP Business Objects • Gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions • Perform data modeling, data validation, and performance optimization • Develop semantic layers, universes, and metrics • Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms) • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with: • Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) • Qlik Sense / QlikView • MicroStrategy • SAP Business Objects (WebI, Universe Designer) • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases • Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) • Knowledge of Python/R for analytics • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology • Industry experience in finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing Regards, Radiantze Inc Apply tot his job
