Client Job Description:
This role will be a product Support Analyst for the nCino application.
The candidate must have an understanding of commercial credit and nCino/Salesforce hands on experience.
Candidate needs to have a production support background with an application from an L3 perspective. L3 is the last line of support and typically consists of a development team that deals with technical problems.
If a candidate is missing UAT experience, that is fine, but they must have been a Business Analyst with nCino experience.
Qualifications:
Needs in depth nCino front end experience coupled with Operations domain knowledge with Booking Bi lateral, Syndicated, and CRE loans.
Candidates will need to have extensive front end nCino experience coupled with product support and be very knowledgeable with Operations processes.
