After building a strong digital presence, we are now preparing for our next phase of growth: expanding into retail stores and major e-commerce platforms.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who has successfully taken beauty brands into national retailers and online marketplaces and has the relationships and expertise to do it again.
This is a commission-only opportunity.
We are looking for someone who believes in the potential of an emerging brand and is motivated by building long-term, high-value partnerships with substantial earning potential.
Who We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level sales role.
We're looking for someone with a demonstrated history of securing placements for beauty or skincare brands into retail chains, specialty stores, and leading e-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate already has an established network of buyers and decision-makers and can confidently show a proven record of opening new accounts and growing wholesale business.
Requirements
• Proven success placing beauty, skincare, or cosmetic brands into retail stores and e-commerce channels.
• Existing relationships with buyers and industry contacts.
• Ability to provide examples of brands and accounts you've helped build.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and account management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something meaningful.
Preferred Experience
• Emerging or viral beauty brands.
• Social commerce and TikTok Shop.
• National retail, specialty beauty, department stores, and off-price channels.
• International distribution and expansion.
