Brixmor Property Group is seeking a National Accounts Associate to join their two-year development program aimed at training entry-level sales professionals in the shopping center industry. The role involves supporting the National Accounts team with tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, and relationship management while collaborating with various departments.ResponsibilitiesAssist in research and preparation for portfolio reviewsCreate and maintain client presentationsResearch and report on emerging industry trendsSourcing new to portfolio conceptsDevelop and maintain relationships with national tenantsCoordinate with other departments including Construction, Marketing and Financial Asset ManagementAttend select portfolio reviews, industry trade shows and leasing meetingsFollow up on leasing leadsGeneral administrative responsibilities including offices services and reception support for the NYC officeSkills0 – 2 years of professional experienceUndergraduate degreeExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and ExcelA strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to organize and manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail and time management skills plus personal initiativeStrong grammatical skills.
