National Account Manager, Natural & Specialty
Founded in 2022, Create Wellness is redefining creatine for the modern consumer β starting with a first-of-its-kind creatine gummy and scaling rapidly into a high-growth, profitable business across eCommerce and retail. Creatine is not a niche bodybuilding supplement; it's a foundational wellness product, and Create is building to own the category.
Reporting into the SVP of Retail Sales, you will partner closely with senior leadership, brokers, and cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and planning. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with direct ownership of some of Createβs most important retail relationships.

What You'll Do
Retail Relationship Ownership
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Sprouts, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, and Wegmans
β’ Build strong, trusted relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
β’ Expand into additional accounts and channels over time
Business Performance & Growth
β’ Own the full P&L across your accounts
β’ Drive revenue, distribution, and velocity through thoughtful planning and execution
β’ Lead line reviews, resets, and promotional strategies that deliver results
Broker Management
β’ Manage broker partners as an extension of your team
β’ Set clear expectations, ensure accountability, and drive execution at shelf
Trade Spend & Promotional Strategy
β’ Plan, allocate, and optimize trade spend
β’ Evaluate ROI and continuously refine promotional strategies to improve performance
Forecasting & Cross-Functional Alignment
β’ Own account-level forecasting and partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment with supply chain and inventory planning
β’ Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Planning to bring retailer-specific programs to life
Analytics & Storytelling
β’ Use data to understand performance and identify opportunities
β’ Translate insights into clear, compelling narratives that influence buyers and internal stakeholders
β’ 4+ years of experience in CPG sales or retail account management
β’ Experience working with Natural or Specialty retailers (Sprouts, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Wegmans, Whole Foods, etc.)
β’ Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage a business end-to-end
β’ Comfortable owning relationships and representing the brand directly with buyers
β’ Analytical thinker who can turn data into action
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Nice to Have
β’ Existing relationships with key buyers in Natural or Specialty
β’ Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or food & bev CPG
β’ Broker management experience
β’ Familiarity with KeHE and UNFI
β’ Experience in a high-growth or emerging brand environment
