National Account Manager
LINQ Agency Inc.
Full-time | Permanent| GTA Based

At LINQ, we’re looking for a National Account Manager who combines exceptional client service with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

As one of North America’s fastest-growing field and experiential marketing agencies, we are looking for a National Account Manager who combines exceptional client service with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Ideal Candidate will confidently manage client relationships, drive account growth, and lead programs from strategy through execution. Manage and grow national client portfolios across multiple markets and campaign verticals and understand that great account management starts with structure and responsiveness, but is elevated by instinct, creativity, and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management (Core Focus)
You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing execution:
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across all levels
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and success metrics
• Lead regular client check-ins, status calls, and performance reviews
• Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns before they escalate
• Manage contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and account growth conversations
• Support strategic account planning and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships

Program & Campaign Execution
You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver programs that exceed client expectations:
• Translate client briefs into clear internal deliverables and timelines
• Coordinate across creative, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Track program milestones and keep all stakeholders aligned on progress
• Manage client-facing reporting, recaps, and post-campaign analysis
• Identify gaps or risks early and bring solutions to the table
• Partner with LINQ’s operations team to support ambassador staffing, scheduling, training, and performance oversight

Business Development & Growth
In addition to managing existing accounts, you’ll help LINQ grow:
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Support new business pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and client sector developments
• Represent LINQ with professionalism and enthusiasm at client events and industry gatherings
• Support revenue growth targets through strategic account expansion initiatives

Brand & Client Presence
You’ll help reinforce LINQ as a best-in-class agency partner:
• Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions and external engagements
• Bring LINQ’s culture and values to life through how you show up for clients
• Contribute to case studies, success stories, and agency marketing materials

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have 5–7 years of experience in account management, client services, or experiential, field, or event marketing
• Are organized and confident managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Have exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Bring a balance of strategic thinking (seeing the big picture) and operational precision (getting the details right)
• Thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments where no two days look the same
• Take ownership, move quickly, and bring energy to everything you do
• Experience managing multi-market experiential or field marketing programs is considered a strong asset

At LINQ, we value account managers who can execute the fundamentals exceptionally well, while also thinking like a partner that are invested in client success, not just client satisfaction.

If you’re ready to grow your career in account management and bring a proactive, people-first approach to how you work, we’d love to meet you.
