Position Overview
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a driven, results-oriented National Account Executive to fuel our next phase of growth. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing large-scale construction staffing opportunities nationwide, while also deepening and expanding relationships with existing CCS clients to increase overall spend and long-term partnership value.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Proactively identify and target large-scale, multi-site, and national construction clients.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers across operations, procurement, HR, and executive leadership.
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver scalable staffing solutions.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
Expand existing CCS customer accounts by increasing spend, project penetration, and geographic coverage.
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and labor strategy.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across trades and regions.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a long sales cycle, B2B environment.
Proven ability to hunt new business and grow existing accounts.
Demonstrated ability to hold executive-level conversations and influence senior decision-makers across operations, procurement, and executive leadership.
Ability and willingness to travel nationally 40–60% based on client needs, project schedules, and business development activities
