All candidates must apply directly.Role OverviewThis is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced enterprise sales professional ready to own the highest-value accounts in the business. You will lead new enterprise chain acquisition and distributor expansion nationally, operating across all geographies as part of a small, high-accountability enterprise sales team.What You'll DoDrive national distributor velocity — expand door count and hit velocity benchmarks across existing distributor partner networkSign new distributors — minimum 1 new national or regional distributor signed per quarterSign new enterprise chains — minimum 1 new enterprise chain account signed per quarterOwn business reviews — monthly with Circle K; quarterly with all other chain and distributor accountsManage a live pipeline — minimum 3 enterprise or distributor prospects in active negotiation at all timesLaunch new products — introduce KAVAA+ and KAVAA into all enterprise accounts and distributor lines post-launchProspect at volume — minimum 55 engagements per day (calls, emails, texts, in-person) via daily target list through the lead system, supplemented by self-sourced prospectingYou'll Thrive Here If YouHave a track record of closing enterprise-level accounts — distributors, c-store chains, travel centers, or equivalentAre comfortable owning a large number target and building the pipeline to hit itOperate with high activity discipline and don't need to be managed to stay in motionCan run complex, multi-stakeholder deals while managing a full book of existing relationshipsAre motivated by uncapped earning potential tied directly to resultsYou May Struggle Here If YouNeed a fully inbound pipeline to close dealsAvoid the phone and high-volume outbound activityExpect a long ramp before accountability kicks inPrefer managing existing accounts over winning new onesWhat You BringProven enterprise sales experience — distributor networks, c-store chains, travel centers, or large-scale retail preferredDemonstrated ability to close at the national or regional chain levelStrong business review and account management disciplineComfort operating across all geographies without a defined territoryHigh ownership, high velocity, and alignment with our values: integrity, ownership, evidence, accountability, and velocityThe NumbersThis role carries a significant annual revenue target. You will be expected to build pipeline and close accounts quickly — first revenue is expected within the first quarter post-ramp.This role owns new enterprise chain acquisition and distributor expansion across the entire country. This is not a relationship maintenance role — it is a net-new growth role at the highest level of the commercial organization.
