Musculoskeletal Imaging Radiologist - Private Practice | Hybrid (50% Remote) | Southeast Michigan
Drs. Harris, Birkhill, Wang, Songe and Associates, P.C. (HBWS) is a physician-owned private practice of 45 radiologists serving Southeast Michigan. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Imaging Radiologist to join our growing team to meet increasing demand. This is a 12-month partnership-track opportunity offering private practice compensation and benefits, minimum 50% remote work, all within a collegial, academically engaged environment.

ā¢ Longstanding, independent group with 45 radiologists.
ā¢ Covers multiple hospitals and outpatient centers across Southeast Michigan.
ā¢ Democratic, physician-led partnership model.
ā¢ Based in suburban Detroit: excellent schools, reasonable cost of living, and access to culture, dining, and nature.
Position Highlights:
ā¢ Minimum 50% remote work.
ā¢ On site work supported by residents, APPs, and daytime telephone service.
ā¢ Train residents and teach medical students through local academic affiliations.
ā¢ Outstanding clinical variety and case exposure.
ā¢ No shortage of volume ā consistent demand and diverse pathology.
ā¢ Internal moonlighting opportunities are second to none: per-click moonlighting is available to radiologists at any time including during scheduled shifts once shift responsibilities are fulfilled. Additional shift-based moonlighting also available.
ā¢ 12-month partnership track with high long-term earning potential.
ā¢ 10 weeks vacation, with ability to increase through moonlighting.
Compensation & Benefits:
ā¢ Competitive base salary, supplemented with regular bonus, internal moonlighting, and benefits.
ā¢ Total compensation exceeds $750,000 annually.
ā¢ Participation in internal moonlighting can substantially increase earnings.
Best-in-Class Benefits:
ā¢ Fully funded retirement plan ($70,000 in 2025).
ā¢ $14,000 CME fund for qualifying expenses.
ā¢ $0 employee contribution to industry best health insurance (including Rx).
ā¢ Licensure, malpractice, life insurance, short-/long-term disability, and professional society memberships fully covered.
ā¢ Qualified candidates with immediate availability are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
ā¢ Relocation assistance also available.
Candidate Requirements:
ā¢ Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
ā¢ Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging Radiology.
ā¢ Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license.
