Multimedia Content Creator
As the Multimedia Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling, high-quality content across digital platforms by harnessing the latest advancements in AI tools, video editing software, and digital production workflows. This role is ideal for a creative powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and sports culture. Responsibilities: Content Creation • Produce high-impact product content to tell stories and highlight product benefits using still photography, video, 3D and audio. Multi-format content such as short-form video, static imagery, social posts, and light motion graphics using e.g. AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and other emerging technologies. • Evolve our content production capabilities through AI-powered video and image generation, upscaling, style transfer, voice-over generation, and rapid content adaptation for global markets. • Collaborate with stakeholder management teams to ensure content meets strategic goals and brand guidelines. Innovation • Stay up to date on content trends within the sports industry as well as outside of it and identify new ways to communicate that can increase ASICS engagement • Stay ahead of trends in content creation and storytelling to recommend innovative content opportunities using new tools, techniques and approaches to production Optimization • Optimize content for different platforms including asics.com, Instagram, mobile and events • Establish creative best practices for content generation and scalable production strategies, optimizing content for ecommerce and social channels • Apply “kaizen” (continuous improvement) always thinking to identify and apply ways to streamline production and elevate quality and production workflows that can help to reduce turnaround times while maintaining quality Requirements • Bachelor's degree in design, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, or a related field • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in multimedia design, motion graphics or 3D content creation • Strong portfolio showcasing work that blends 3D animation, motion or video • Comfortable driving experimentation by running rapid pilots, prototypes, and A/B tests with new AI tools and formats. • Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects • A proactive mindset, constantly testing and learning about new creative technologies and digital trends. • Experience working with athletes or sports events a plus Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) • Experience with AI content tools e.g. Sora, Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc. to produce client content involving photo to motion, animated stills, virtual backdrops, environment extensions • Proficiency with • 3D: Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini, Unreal, Unity • Motion design: Adobe After Effects • Video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve • Experience with Vizio and Artec 3D scanning tools, Browzwear, Arnold, Octane, Redshift a plus • Experience with prompt engineering and AI customization workflows Become a part of the ADI community: ADI is taking active steps towards becoming a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
