Requirements
• Strong experience of sustained engagement with history as a scholarly pursuit, professional activity, or serious hobby (e.g., independent study, historical writing, archival work, participation in history forums or reading groups).
• Active participation in historical discourse within at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
• Strong familiarity with regional history, historiographical traditions, primary and secondary sources, and culturally specific interpretations within your language context.
• Ability to articulate historical arguments and contextual analysis clearly in the target language.
• Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
• Translation ability alone is not sufficient; candidates must demonstrate substantive engagement with historical study and discourse.
