Multi-State Licensed Residential Real Estate Agent (Remote – Unique Expansion Role) Confidential VC
We’re looking for an experienced residential real estate agent or broker who holds active licenses in at least five states — ideally ten or more — to join our fast-growing, venture-backed startup that’s reinventing how homes are bought and financed.
This is a remote, full-time role focused on helping us scale quickly across multiple states. You’ll manage transactions, ensure compliance, and play a key role in expanding our reach. Who You Are:
• Actively licensed in 5+ states (10+ strongly preferred)
• Confident handling multi-state residential transactions
• Knowledgeable about state-specific real estate laws and compliance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable working remotely and using modern real estate tools
• Previous experience with virtual brokerages is a plus

• Manage transactions in your licensed states

• Support operational growth and onboarding efforts
• Collaborate with national leadership on multi-state expansion
• Help shape a next-generation real estate model
