Conduct thorough and accurate commercial title examinations for properties in multiple states. Research and analyze legal documents, such as deeds, mortgages, and maps, to determine the property's history and ownership. Verify and review public records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of title information. Identify and resolve any potential title issues or defects. Communicate with underwriters and clients to provide updates and address any concerns or questions. Prepare and review title commitments, title reports, and other necessary documents. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of title examinations. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations related to commercial title examinations. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. Work independently and remotely, effectively managing time and workload to meet deadlines. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
