MSP Executive Assistant (Remote)

Remote Full-time
We are looking for a skilled, talented, resourceful MSP Executive Assistant who can help our growing IT Consulting Company. The ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferably any 9 hours between: M-F, 8:00 am- 8:00 pm PST
Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 6 pm PST

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Arrange conference calls and video conferences.
Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.

Travel Management:
Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
Handle any travel-related issues that may arise.

Project Support:
Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO or other executives.
Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports.
Track project progress and provide updates to the executive team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in the technology or MSP industry.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
