We design, build, manage and run complex technology platforms and help our clients to benefit from our work and creativity. Responsibilities β’ Analyze business processes and client requirements to implement optimal solutions. β’ Configure, integrate, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 across various modules (FO, BC). β’ Support the full implementation lifecycle - from requirement analysis through design, testing, go-live, and system maintenance. β’ Train end users and provide comprehensive implementation documentation. β’ Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders at various organizational levels. Requirements β’ Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially BC and FO modules). β’ Understanding of business processes in finance, sales, logistics, or CRM. β’ Good analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems. β’ Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders - both technical and non-technical. β’ Proficiency in English. Nice-to-haves β’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. β’ Experience working in an Agile environment. β’ Practical experience with integration tools and Azure environment. β’ SQL skills.
