Responsibilities Inpatient Care Management Revenue Cycle Management Analytics Information Technology Account Services Sustainability & Growth Project Management Health Informatics/Epic Skills Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Analytics, Information Technology, or Business related Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Proven comfortability with public speaking and client-facing work Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Proven eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered) Experience/knowledge of health care systems Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase 401k contribution Company Overview Optum is a healthcare company that provides pharmacy services, health care operations, and population health management.
