Job Overview What Drives Winning is seeking a Part-Time Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to help elevate our digital content across social media, video platforms, and educational media. Our content focuses on leadership, sports culture, performance psychology, and high-performance teams, and we're looking for someone who can help bring these ideas to life visually. Responsibilities Design motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects or similar tools Edit short-form and long-form video using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar Create social media graphics and video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Develop visual assets, title animations, lower thirds, and graphics packages for video content Collaborate with the team to transform leadership and sports performance concepts into engaging visual content Help maintain and evolve a consistent brand visual identity Format and export media for social media distribution and digital publishing . Requirements Experience with Adobe After Effects (motion graphics and animation) Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Strong knowledge of graphic design principles Experience creating content for social media platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Pay:
