Motion Graphics Designer

You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging motion content including explainer videos, animated social media posts, product showcases, marketing reels, animated assets for presentations, and more. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (such as video editors, sound designers, and voice-over artists) to ensure animations are delivered to specification, aligned with timelines, and meet creative objectives. ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, and animated visual assets for digital platforms including websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.Develop storyboards, animatics, and visual concepts to communicate animation direction and flow.Interpret creative briefs, brand guidelines, and client requirements to deliver visually compelling motion content aligned with project goals.Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, developers, and external vendors (such as video editors or voice-over artists) to ensure smooth production and delivery of animated assets.Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all animations and visual content.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in animation and motion graphics to bring fresh ideas and improvements to the table. Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high creative and technical standards.#LI-Remote Qualifications and PrerequisitesBachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields.2–4 years of proven experience as a 2D Animator, Motion Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing animations, explainer videos, social media creatives, title sequences, and motion-enhanced visual content.Proficiency in animation and design tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of motion design principles, storyboarding, timing, visual storytelling, and transitions.Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro) and understanding of rendering/exporting formats for multiple platforms.Familiarity with UI animation/micro-interactions and integration with design tools like Figma (added advantage).
