Overview

We are seeking a talented, proactive Motion Designer to join our fast-paced creative studio. Reporting directly to our Motion Lead, you will be a core pillar of our video and animation team, helping to bring high-profile global brands to life.

This role is perfect for a highly organised creative who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be stepping in to support our Lead with heavy execution, versioning, and creative ideation, ensuring our motion output remains top-tier while helping streamline our internal workflows and asset management.

Responsibilities

Execute & animate: Bring static assets, storyboards, and KVs to life using After Effects and Premiere Pro across a variety of digital and social formats.

Support the lead: Act as the right-hand to the Motion Lead, taking on overflow work, adapting master files, and ensuring all project deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Systematise: Assist in organising project files, templates, and toolkits to keep the motion department running efficiently.

Collaborate: Work closely with our integrated design and 3D teams to ensure smooth handoffs and cohesive final deliverables.

Quality control: Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure all animations align with strict brand guidelines and technical specifications before they go out the door.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video editing, ideally within an agency or fast-paced production hub.

Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. (Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a bonus).

Advanced proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.

A strong understanding of timing, pacing, typography, and composition. You know how to make movement feel natural and engaging.

Nice to have:

You don't just wait for instructions; you actively look for ways to make a file cleaner, a render faster, or an animation smoother.

You take creative direction and feedback well, communicate clearly, and enjoy working closely with a Lead to elevate the final product.

Experience managing or supporting projects for consumer brands, ideally within a creative, digital, or marketing agency setting.

What we offer:

The opportunity to work on global, household-name brands.

A highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary creative team.

Mentorship and guidance from an experienced Motion Lead to help you continue growing your technical and creative skills.
