Job Title : Java Developer Location: 1-Day per month onsite (Norfolk Naval Shipyard, VA) Certifications : CompTIA Security+ CE (Required) Clearance Required : Active Secret Clearance (Required) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Software Developer to join our team in delivering secure, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with modern IDEs, and the ability to work with SQL and DevOps tools in a collaborative environment. Required Skills and Experience: • 3–5+ years’ experience developing software with Java 8.0 or higher • 3–5+ years’ experience using Java Server Pages (JSF) • 3–5+ years’ experience developing with JavaScript • 3+ years’ experience using NetBeans IDE (8.0–11.0) or Eclipse • Strong ability to write and read SQL code • Experience using GIT in Azure DevOps , including generating PBIs, Bugs, and Tasks • Experience creating Adobe PDF templates • Familiarity with databases and general database design principles Optional / Preferred Skills: • Experience working with CA-GEN servers and CABs on Z/OS • Skilled in using Struts 1.0 and JSF , with the ability to convert STRUTS to JSF Framework Apply tot his job
