Job Functions:
• Receives loan documents after loan closing and provides follow-up for missing or delayed packages or documents.
• Reviews/Scrubs closed loan packages prior to loan delivery
• Delivering closed loan packages and full submission package to the specified investors within company time frames pending on delegation.
• Monitors the status of loans submitted to investors in order to facilitate their purchase within the timeframe
• Obtains, researches and provides required purchase clearing conditions to various investors utilizing their websites/systems
• Work with other departments within the company to get issues and/or conditions cleared for purchase
• Occasional trouble shooting with compliance and or our investors
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and NON QM programs
• Pull and work daily reports
• Liaise between Operations and Investor contacts to ensure loans are purchased in a timely manner
• Follow up on trailing documents such as the final title policy and recorded security instrument to complete the loan file.
• Cross train to back-up other areas of the department.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with little supervision
• Must be able to multitask
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience with Encompass a plus, not required.
• MS Office Suite
• 2-4 years of related Post Closing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• GNMA experience is a plus, not required.
Compensation:
$25.00- $35.00 DOE
