Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Real Estate department personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Ensure organizational, operational, and sales growth goals are achieved, with timely loan processing and compliance with investor guidelines.

Participate in the research and development of products and services to meet Credit Union needs.

Improve member experience through technology and efficient processes.
,
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver optimal service to members.
,
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Maintain confidentiality of member, employee, and Credit Union information.
Requirements
Associate's degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role, or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of experience in a Manager-level role.

Track record of leading and coaching teams to achieve high results in lending and service delivery.
,
Knowledge of residential underwriting, loan servicing, and investor guidelines.
,
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
,
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
,
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
,
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice-to-haves
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
