Key Responsibilities: Process and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loan files from application to closing. Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to collect necessary documentation and resolve any discrepancies. Verify borrowers employment, income, and financial information. Order appraisals, title work, and other necessary third-party services. Ensure all loan conditions are met before submission to underwriting. Maintain detailed and accurate records of loan files and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards. Provide updates to clients and stakeholders on the status of loan applications. Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve processes.
