After a few months of training, there is an opportunity for remote work one day a week, specifically on Wednesdays. Responsibilities • Process mortgage loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified. , • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the loan processing journey. , • Calculate income for both W2 and self-employed borrowers accurately. , • Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process. , • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during the loan processing. , • Manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines. , • Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the loan processing. Requirements • Minimum one year of experience in the banking or mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage loan processing. , • Strong desire to provide excellent customer service and a sales-minded approach. , • Knowledge of various mortgage loan programs and processing requirements. , • Experience with Encompass software is preferred. , • Ability to calculate income for both W2 and self-employed borrowers. , • High stress tolerance and adaptability to changing situations. , • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. , • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. , • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
