As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in navigating the mortgage loan process. Responsibilities Provide sales support, strong communication, and world class service to customers, processors and management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing, while maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable levels as set by management. Complete mortgage applications using Company loan product system, including initial required documentation and stipulations. Must ensure compliance with company policy and government regulations. Maintain production reports for leads and sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports. Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various Marketing Department efforts. Qualifications: High School, GED or Equivalent 1-2+ Years’ Experience as a licensed Loan Officer NMLS: Must have minimum 1 state active license or currently hold Federal Registration hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week - Ability to work OT Experience with Encompass, Microsoft office and various Mortgage programs Ability to learn and adapt to new methods of Loan origination Desire to work in and expand knowledge of Mortgage Industry Driven to work in a fast paced, high energy environment!
