What You’ll Do:
• Originate residential mortgage loans via self-sourced business or referral partners
• Guide clients through a smooth, compliant loan process
• Use LendingHouse platforms (Arive, MobilityRE, etc.) to manage your pipeline
• Maintain communication and transparency with borrowers and partners
Who You Are:
• Licensed MLO (active NMLS)
• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience
• Strong production history
• Professional, driven, and entrepreneurial
• W-2 or 1099 employment may be available depending on your location and licensing
