Key Responsibilities: • Originate Mortgage Loans: Build and maintain client relationships, assess their needs, and recommend suitable loan products. • Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze clients' financial information to determine mortgage eligibility. • Loan Application Guidance: Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documentation. • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other teams to ensure a smooth loan closing process. • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with current mortgage industry trends, products, and regulations.
