MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER- Fully Remote Position

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs and guiding them through the home loan process. Responsibilities: • Originate and manage a pipeline of mortgage loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, DSCR and other loan programs. • Educate clients on the mortgage process and assist them in selecting the best loan products for their needs. • Collect and review necessary financial documentation and conduct credit analysis. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines, market trends, and products. • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources. Attend open houses, host agent events/lunch and learns. • Maintain lasting relationships with clients. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and company policies. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Solid book of business with referral partners and clients. • Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • NMLS license or willingness to obtain one. • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
