Mortgage CRM Operations Specialist
Job Description:
• The CRM Operations Specialist supports the inside sales team of Loan Officers by managing tools, systems, and processes to optimize efficiency and maximize lead conversion.
• Distribute leads efficiently within HubSpot.
• Assign unclaimed mortgage applications from the POS system.
• Manage and optimize online review platforms and SLO profiles.
• Oversee appointment booking software configurations for SLOs.
• Administer outbound call systems and phone number distributions.
• Maintain and support the omnichannel communication system.
• Ensure accurate representation through caller ID branding software.
• Coordinate with third-party lead vendors to ensure quality and delivery.
• Configure and maintain custom contact views in HubSpot for SLOs.
• Produce weekly HubSpot reports, detailing lead conversion by source, lead status, and lifecycle stage. Share actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot proficiency is required).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize sales tools and systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.
