Mortgage Compliance Analyst (Remote)

Position Overview:

Digital Risk is seeking individuals who have post-closing TRID and NPL compliance experience to work with a team of client service professionals in providing leading risk mitigation services to originators, issuers, investment banks, investors and portfolio manager. Services include, but are not limited to, the areas of Quality Assurance, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management, Asset Recovery and Servicing Surveillance. Responsibilities include understanding and delivering upon client expectations. Successful candidates will be driven, goal oriented team players. This position will support a team of Auditing Professionals in providing leading risk mitigation services to clients.

Essential Job Functions:
• Data entry
• Run Compliance Ease auditing system
• Review and assess Loan Estimates • Review and assess Closing Disclosures
• Review and verify TIL for compliance
• Review and verify HUD-1 for allowable fees
• Understand review and verify all ECOA requirements for compliance • Regular attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

· Must be familiar with New TRID requirements

· Understanding of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure

· Experience with TIL, FNMA 5%, High Cost Testing, and HUD-1 Fees for NPL

· In depth knowledge of standard document verification practices and procedures

· Work well within timeframes and team commitments

· Strong PC and technical skills required

· Goal driven, team player

· Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast paced environment

· Processing experience a plus

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:
• High school or equivalent (Required)
