Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker at Edge Home Finance LLC. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in finding financing solutions, working with wholesale lenders, and structuring loans tailored to clients' needs. Additional responsibilities include providing debt consolidation options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with the brokerage team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience as a Mortgage Broker and knowledge of mortgage products such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and other lending programs
• Proficiency in Debt Consolidation and related financial strategies
• Expertise in Mortgage Marketing and Brokerage operations
• Strong background in Finance and knowledge of industry regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide clients effectively
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses as required by state regulations
• Proven ability to analyze financial information and recommend appropriate solutions
Comp plan 275 BPS minus $995 and 10% payroll tax
Loan cap $15,000
We can lend in 49 States. (No NY currently)
