In this role, you’ll be reaching out to existing and potential clients who have requested their benefits through over 30,000 unions, credit unions, and associations we partner with across the nation. Working remotely, you’ll guide these families through the enrollment process for their permanent benefit plans, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in providing ongoing customer service, building trust and maintaining relationships with these members to ensure their long-term satisfaction and support. This is a dynamic position where your ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service will truly shine.

• Ability to pass a background check with no felonies (required in the financial industry).
