Monitoring Aide (RMA), Sitter - Remote Monitoring
About the position Responsibilities • Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients. • Verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors. • Alert nursing personnel when assistance is required or if there are changes in the patient's condition.
