Monetary Operations Representative

American Express is looking for a motivated and highly organized Monetary Operations Representative to join our team. We're seeking an individual who is attentive to detail, has excellent problem-solving abilities, and is capable of working in a fast-paced environment. As a Monetary Operations Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our financial services offerings.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. You should also have at least three years of experience working in a financial services role. Knowledge of financial systems, financial regulations, and compliance standards is also required. Responsibilities of a Monetary Operations Representative:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of American Express? financial services offerings.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial data and create reports.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Monitor and review transactions and accounts.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Generate financial forecasts and projections.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
