Model N - Test Lead
Role Summary:
Act as end-to-end QA Lead for Model N Flex programs within the Pharma Access landscape . The Project Lead ensures delivery excellence, compliance, and operational stability across Commercial, Medicaid, and Government Pricing processes integrated with SAP S/4 HANA and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Responsible for the Functional Testing (System Testing, System Integration and Data migration verification and testing) of Model N Flex
ā¢ Oversee QA teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile).
ā¢ Lead validation of core business workflows ā Chargebacks, Rebates, Government Pricing, Medicaid.
ā¢ Review and approve Test Plans, Traceability Matrices, Release Notes per Genentech validation standards.
ā¢ Facilitate defect triage / root-cause analysis meetings with Scrum and Product teams to ensure closure before release.
ā¢ Ensure GxP and SOX compliance; maintain audit-ready documentation in Confluence and ServiceNow.
ā¢ Drive process improvement initiatives and mentor Scrum teams on best practices and automation adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
ā¢ 10 + years overall QA experience with 6 + years in Model N Flex program delivery.
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of Model N modules (GP, RM, DRM, MDM, Validata).
ā¢ Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and Validation Lifecycle Management.
ā¢ Strong SQL / PLSQL and Oracle background for data validation and issue triage.
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
