Your role is critical in applying cutting-edge model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques, with a focus on leveraging tools like Cameo and Simulink to innovate, design, prototype, integrate, and test unmanned systems and munitions. Embracing Cameo , holistic thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and product line innovation are pivotal in this journey. Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage system models through Cameo Systems Modeler and Simulink. • Define and enhance system requirements using MBSE methodologies. • Prototype and engineer system solutions. • Conduct comprehensive subsystem and system testing. • Analyze data and troubleshoot challenges. • Participate in design evaluations and technical gatherings. • Engage with diverse teams to ensure seamless system synergy. Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent. • Possess extensive proficiency in Cameo Systems Modeler . • Bring over 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in model-based systems engineering . • Demonstrate expertise in unmanned systems, aircraft, and/or munitions. • Capability to lead and guide junior staff in an inclusive manner. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Practical hands-on experience preferred (e.g., design/build/fly, RC aircraft, pilot). A collaborative team player. Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
