We build incrementally and we deploy every day.What You'll Be DoingCollaborate with a growing Engineering and Product teamDrive new initiatives with a willingness to challenge the status quo to push the product forwardBuild a well-tested and performant app that communicates with Bitstack’s other infrastructureBreathe life into industry-leading User InterfacesShip high quality, scalable, reliable products in a production environmentUnit test everythingWork in a highly compliant environment and contribute to the larger Bitcoin ecosystemContribute to the broader tech and open source communitiesTech stackBackend: Go, PythonFrontend: Flutter, Dart, TypeScript, JavaScriptDatabases: SQL (basic DBMS knowledge helpful)What We're Looking ForYou've got experience scoping, designing, delivering and supporting projects from end to endWorked on shipping multi-platform applications with Flutter or other mobile frameworks with complex state management and with an emphasis on securityUnderstand software development lifecycles and mobile application lifecyclesUnderstand integration testing frameworks for Flutter or React NativeUnderstand accessibility on mobile devicesHave a deep understanding of Git workflows and automationSpectacular analytical reasoning and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to self-manage and take ownership of projectsFluent English (French is a bonus)Interview ProcessIntroductory Call (20 min)An initial conversation with our recruiter to get to know you better and share more details about the role, the team, and how we work at BitstackSystem Design (60 min)A discussion focused on how you approach problem-solving, communicate your ideas, and prioritize decisions. This helps us assess your technical depth and ability to design scalable systemsTake Home Task & Task Review Call (60 min)You’ll receive a practical task to complete in your own time. Once submitted, we’ll schedule a review call to walk through your solution together and explore your thought process in more detailBehavioural Interview (60 min)A conversation centered on your experiences, decision-making, and collaboration style.
