Mobile Customer Service Representative
Job Brief: We are hiring a mobile customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels remotely. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Pay: $23 - $28 per... hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm
Responsibilities
Ā Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ā Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Ā Communicating with customers through various channels.
Ā Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Ā Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Ā Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Ā Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ā Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ā Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ā Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ā Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Skills Required
Ā High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ā Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Ā Comfortable using computers.
