Job Description:
M&M S Disney Springs is currently seeking Seasonal Associates for the 2024 Holiday Season! This position will be through the beginning of January 2025
This position pays $17.50 per hour.
We are interviewing now for start dates in October. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week from mid-October through early January, including weekends and holidays. For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance.
Job Overview:
Our Temporary Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years old to apply
No Education or previous retail experience required
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
