ML Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced ML Engineering Manager to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will lead our ML engineering team to drive the development of groundbreaking ML/AI products. You will be responsible for leading the team to develop innovative machine learning models, create efficient ML pipelines, and deploy models efficiently in production.You should have an extensive background in ML engineering, a strong technical background in ML/AI, and be able to work with other team members to develop and deliver quality ML products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ML/AI, be an effective leader, and have a strong sense of collaboration.To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience with ML engineering, including the development of ML algorithms, deploying models in production, and troubleshooting ML systems. You should also have the ability to effectively manage and lead a team of ML engineers, and possess excellent communication skills. A solid understanding of ML engineering pipelines, ML frameworks, and data science concepts is also essential. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the ML engineering team in the development of ML/AI products • Develop innovative machine learning models and create efficient ML pipelines • Deploy models efficiently in production • Troubleshoot ML systems and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of ML products • Monitor the performance of ML systems and identify areas for improvement • Research and evaluate new ML algorithms and frameworks • Develop and maintain coding standards and best practices • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team • Ensure the team is up to date with the latest ML trends and technologies Zendesk is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
